These terms govern your use of the Newsly app and its services. By using Newsly, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By using the Newsly app or any of its services, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Accounts and guest use
You may use Newsly with an account or as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
3. Aggregated content and publisher rights
Newsly is a news aggregation service. Articles, images and video remain the property of their original publishers and are shown with attribution and a link to the source. We claim no ownership of third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy.
4. User conduct
You must not use the service to post unlawful, abusive or inciting content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to breach, disrupt or automatically harvest the service without permission.
5. Comments and user content
You remain responsible for any comment you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Newsly name, logo, app design and software are owned by UK Fintech and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
7. Notifications
We may send push notifications (breaking news, daily digest, source alerts). You can disable them, in whole or in part, from the app settings or your device settings.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party content or of live streams.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, United Kingdom, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
